Raw Cinnamon-Blueberry Oatmeal

My first attempt at raw oatmeal! And it couldn’t be easier:

Soak 1/3C raw oats in 1 1/3C water in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, drain the oats and add to them 2T plain NF greek yogurt, 2T (heaping) fresh blueberries, and a dash of cinnamon.

It’s tangy and creamy, and the blueberries add a perfect amount of sweetness – no other sweeteners necessary!
